Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for portfolio of products across 1 manufacturer.
Help lead a team.
Manage account finances both internally and externally in a detailed manner, forecasting work accurately.
Think big picture about the pipeline.
Ability to identify colleagues/experts to bring in depending on client challenges/asks- translate that information in a way that makes sense for the client.
Lead a team and provide long-term strategic direction and short- and long-term execution direction for brands and for the portfolio as needed.
Synthesize information into meaningful strategies.
Identify strengths and weaknesses of the account and make recommendations for change.
Responsible for direct reports’ career growth.
Work with Director of Client Services and Creative Directors to ensure that account is staffed appropriately to meet client needs.
Identify and participate in agency new business initiatives as requested.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
4 years in advertising, market access and/or equivalent relevant experience
Strong management experience
Verbal and written communication and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to work within a team are required
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
Salary range here - $100,000 - $120,000
