Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>General Accountabilities:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the operations and maintenance of equipment to provide utilities such as light, heating, air conditioning, building, and room maintenance.  </li>\n <li>Inspects equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for all general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the building as directed by a supervisor. </li>\n <li>Ensures adherence to OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Performs minor structural repairs including sheet rock, doors, trim, and plumbing. </li>\n <li>Reports inventories and work schedules to maintenance supervisor every day. </li>\n <li>Conducts preventative maintenance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs scheduled and nonscheduled repair, maintenance and installation of machinery, tools, equipment and/or associated equipment to ensure continuous and safe operation of the property </li>\n <li>Directly or indirectly supports the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and water distribution, including fire suppression and sewerage facilities </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Entry Level Position</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED): or combination of experience and training preferred. </li>\n <li>Must have a valid drivers license. </li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and direct activities of hotel maintenance mechanics. </li>\n <li>Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, and walk throughout the duration of shift. </li>\n <li>Excel both independently and as part of a team.  </li>\n <li>Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
