    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>PeopleTec is currently seeking a <strong>Threat Analysis Test Engineer</strong> to support our <strong>Colorado Springs, CO</strong> location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a mid to senior career level Threat Analyst! As a Threat Analysis Test Engineer, you will develop, integrate, and optimize threat analytic tools within customized virtual environments to support Test and Evaluation (T&E) for U.S. Government systems.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><u></u><strong><u>Required Skills/Experience</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in conducting comprehensive cyber threat research, utilizing advanced methodologies to uncover and analyze potential threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents that could impact organizational security.</li>\n <li>Experience identifying Assessment Objectives for the development of Critical Assessment Conditions and Key Test Points based on operational Red Force/Blue Force to support DCO training scenarios.</li>\n <li>Prior field experience performing Cyber Threat Hunting and Analysis, as well as Incident Response and Forensic Analysis.</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in ELK, Suricata, Yara, Zeek, and Wireshark. Advanced proficiency in log, flow data, and PCAP analysis.</li>\n <li>Ability to replicate and generate log traffic for a training environment based on various platforms to demonstrate tools’ capabilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to develop processes and tools for verification and validation of DCO tool capabilities.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with working in both Windows and Linux environments.</li>\n <li>Travel: 10 %</li>\n <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li>An active DoD <strong>TS/SCI</strong> clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active <strong>TS/SCI</strong> clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Education Requirements</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with U.S. Government Test & Evaluation (T&E)</li>\n <li>Experience in performing Operational Test (OT)</li>\n <li>GCIH</li>\n <li>GPEN</li>\n <li>GCFA</li>\n <li>GCFE</li>\n <li>GXPN</li>\n <li>GREM</li>\n <li>GCFE</li>\n <li>Cisco CNA</li>\n <li>Masters in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Estimated Time To Hire:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>June 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits offered can be found here: Benefits PeopleTec.
