    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As an Assembly &amp; Test Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems to ensure product quality and reliability. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</p>\n<p>You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Arvada, Colorado location on an on-site work schedule.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production operations by ensuring that assemblies and tests are performed accurately and timely, helping to meet customer requirements and maintain Honeywell’s high standards.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday</li>\n <li>Perform assembly and testing of mechanical systems according to specifications and work instructions</li>\n <li>Perform assembly work as required such as drilling &amp; tapping into carbon steel metal plate; operating overhead and jib cranes; mounting auxiliary components onto bases; bolting up welded pipe spools; and routing stainless steel seal-gas tubing.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and testing to ensure product quality</li>\n <li>Document test results and maintain accurate records of production activities</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements</li>\n <li>Adhere to safety and quality standards in the work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must Have</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience in assembly and test roles within a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>3+ years experience using test equipment such as pressure gauges, pumps, motors, fittings, and plugs</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions</li>\n <li>Strong proven Mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>3 years experience using hand tools</li>\n <li>Physical ability to climb around skids and fit into relatively tight spaces</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We Value</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics, manufacturing, or related field</li>\n <li>Experience with automated test equipment and manufacturing execution systems</li>\n <li>Proficiency with data entry and documentation of test results using computer systems</li>\n <li>Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO or Six Sigma methodologies</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and testing procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Honeywell</strong></p>\n<p>Honeywell International Inc.
