We are seeking a <strong>full-time Residential Program Manager</strong> to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential site located in Golden Valley.&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Residential Program Manager Responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Oversight of site operations and program service delivery including medication administration, coordination of medical appointments, meal planning/preparation, transportation, maintenance, implementation of program plans, data collection/documentation, site cleanliness, maintaining supplies and groceries</li><li>Coordination of staff scheduling to ensure consistent service delivery</li><li>Ongoing quality assurance and improvement to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and DHS/245D licensing and service delivery requirements</li><li>Providing active support and direct care to individual(s) with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses, including personal and medical cares as necessary</li><li>Providing initial and ongoing training, direct supervision, and coaching of Direct Support Professionals</li><li>Ensuring medication administration compliance through regular review, observation, and follow up on medication errors.</li><li>Prioritizing the use of person-centered practices and positive strategies to support the individual(s) served in the quality of &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;life they want to live, and the skill sets they would like to develop to support that quality of life</li><li>Serving as the emergency contact and first point of contact for individual(s) served, Direct Support Professionals, and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;external stakeholders/Support Team</li></ul><p><u><strong>Residential Program Manager Salary/Schedule:</strong></u></p><p>$19.25/hour and Flexible scheduling which includes a blend of direct care and administrative work and includes at least every other weekend and on-call responsibilities.&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Benefits</strong></u></p><p><u><strong>Part-Time Employees</strong></u></p><p>· Sick and Safe Time&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Full-Time Employees</strong></u></p><p>· Health Insurance</p><p>· Dental Insurance</p><p>· Vision Insurance</p><p>· Life Insurance</p><p>· Short Term Disability</p><p>· Voluntary Life Insurance</p><p>· 401(k) Retirement Plan</p><p>· Flexible Spending Account</p><p>· PTO (3 weeks/year for first 2 years)</p><h3>Requirements</h3><p><u><strong>Residential Program Manager Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable transportation</li><li>At least one year of direct care experience working in a 245D licensed setting</li><li>Previous supervisory experience.</li><li>Experience using Therap</li><li>Meet one of the following DHS Program Coordinator Standards:</li></ul><ol><li>possess a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;</li><li>possess an associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children;</li><li>possess a diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children; or</li><li>possess a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and</li><li>possess four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><u><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>3 years of direct care experience in a 245D licensed setting</li><li>2 years of supervisory experience in a 245D licensed setting</li><li>Knowledge of the basic skills used in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)</li><li>Experience working with individuals with RAD, PTSD, FASD, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder</li></ul><p><u><strong>Locations Available:&nbsp;</strong></u></p><ul><li><strong>Golden Valley</strong></li></ul>",
