As a Senior Software Engineer at Farther, you'll solve real business problems across our entire stack. You'll understand business objectives, ideate solutions, and deliver end-to-end. We're building an elite engineering team. We look for three things: deep technical expertise in your craft, high horsepower to rapidly context-switch across complex problems, and a track record of winning in multiple areas of your life. We operate differently than most companies. Engineers have real autonomy and ownership over their work – you'll make technical decisions, own outcomes, and be measured by results, not process. You'll have the flexibility to work how you work best, with the trust and freedom to get things done the right way. We're extremely bullish on AI as a force multiplier. We expect engineers to leverage AI tools throughout the development lifecycle – from ideation to implementation to testing. AI helps you ship faster, handle complexity better, and focus your energy on solving the hardest problems rather than writing boilerplate code.
