This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of infrastructure inspections by developing the systems, standards, partnerships, and operational excellence that will enable Niricson's technologies to be deployed reliably and consistently around the globe.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Director, DRONIC® Data Capture &amp; Network Operations, </span>is responsible for designing, scaling, and leading Niricson's global infrastructure condition intelligence network.</p>\n<p>This role owns the operational framework supporting DRONIC-enabled inspections across North America and international markets, including certified operators, partner organizations, quality management systems, field deployment standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The candidate will build a scalable network capable of delivering repeatable, high-quality visual, thermal, and acoustic data collection while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and Niricson's technical standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, this leader will transform field operations from a technician-based model into a globally scalable inspection network.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Network Operations Leadership</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and scale the DRONIC<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">®-</span>certified operator network.</li>\n<li>Develop regional coverage strategies across Canada, the United States, Australia, and future markets.</li>\n<li>Establish capacity-planning and operational-readiness standards.</li>\n<li>Create scalable deployment models for field operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality &amp; Certification</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop operator certification programs.</li>\n<li>Define qualification standards for visual, thermal, and acoustic inspections.</li>\n<li>Own field data acceptance criteria and rejection standards.</li>\n<li>Establish audit and quality assurance programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regulatory Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Transport Canada, FAA, and applicable international regulations.</li>\n<li>Maintain operational procedures and safety management systems.</li>\n<li>Oversee flight operations standards and risk management processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partner Network Development </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit and manage strategic drone and inspection partners.</li>\n<li>Develop onboarding and certification pathways.</li>\n<li>Establish service-level expectations and performance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Operational Excellence</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop SOPs for all field data capture activities.</li>\n<li>Implement performance metrics and operational KPIs.</li>\n<li>Improve scalability, efficiency, and utilization of field resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with internal sensor other teams to validate field deployment procedures.</li>\n<li>Support Product and R&amp;D teams during technology rollouts.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support client delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What You Bring:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years leading drone, geomatics, field operations, reality capture, inspection, or infrastructure asset management programs.</li>\n<li>Experience managing distributed field teams or contractor networks.</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of RPAS/UAV operations.</li>\n<li>Experience developing SOPs, certification programs, and quality systems.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of photogrammetry, geospatial data collection, or infrastructure inspections.</li>\n<li>Experience working with regulated operations and safety programs.</li>\n<li>Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Bonus Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transport Canada Advanced RPAS certification.</li>\n<li>Experience with thermal inspections.</li>\n<li>Experience with NDT or structural health monitoring.</li>\n<li>Experience building national or international service networks.</li>\n<li>Background in engineering, geomatics, surveying, aviation, or infrastructure inspections.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Competencies for Success in the Role:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Leadership:</span> Ability to define and execute a long-term vision for global field operations, balancing immediate business needs with scalable growth objectives.
