May be assigned responsibility for schematic or conceptual layouts when qualified.</li> \n       <li>Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by Detailers</li> \n       <li>Reviews, analyzes and applies modeling results to code conformance requirements.</li> \n       <li>Utilizes a gated design process while keeping a master project list to communicate progress.</li> \n       <li>Creates and develops new structural designs that will meet or exceed customer and regulatory needs.</li> \n       <li>Coordinates and supports prototype construction and validates the product to ensure it meets design and cost specifications.</li> \n       <li>Communicates with the internal manufacturing, supply, and sales teams to ensure all design project goals and deliverables are achieved.</li> \n       <li>Coordinate work with other disciplines on customer projects.</li> \n      </ol></li> \n    </ol><p>&nbsp;</p> \n    <ol> \n     <li><strong>Sales &amp; experience in agricultural or industrial projects is preferred; or recent college graduate with 1 year of experience within a similar industry.</li> \n     <li><strong>Certification(s): </strong>PE is a plus</li> \n     <li><strong>Functional Skills:</strong> Solid understanding of structural analysis and structural steel design: AISC 360, AISC 341; knowledge of codes including: International Building Code, ASCE 7, OSHA 1910; detail-oriented, thorough, with the ability to complete projects on time.</li> \n     <li><strong>Technology Aptitude/Skills</strong>: Knowledge and previous training in 3D structural analysis software, preferably RISA;
