We help global companies make their products and services accessible across more languages, countries, and cultures.</p>\n<p>Our team includes over <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">250 professionals</span> from around the world – working remotely or from one of our locations in Poland (headquarters), Canada, the USA, Sweden, and India.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a: 📌 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accounting Specialist</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work format:</span> hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office – Kraków)</p>\n<p>If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and independent, and you value open communication and teamwork – we’d love to hear from you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verifying, entering, and posting financial documents</li>\n<li>Analyzing and reconciling receivables and payables</li>\n<li>Reconciling account balances with domestic and international partners</li>\n<li>Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes</li>\n<li>Posting invoices and maintaining VAT records</li>\n<li>Reconciling bank statements</li>\n<li>Creating and settling cost provisions</li>\n<li>Assisting with audit documentation preparation</li>\n<li>Supporting the chief accountant in preparing tax declarations</li>\n<li>Assisting in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses</li>\n<li>Cooperating with other departments to improve financial processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we expect:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in an accounting department</li>\n<li>Knowledge of accounting principles and basic finance concepts</li>\n<li>Good command of English (spoken and written)</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure</li>\n<li>Independence, responsibility, and analytical thinking</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a similar position</li>\n<li>Familiarity with accounting software – especially<br>Comarch ERP Optima</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible working hours and hybrid work model</li>\n<li>A real opportunity to influence the development of the finance department</li>\n<li>Individual development plan</li>\n<li>Multisport card (50% co-financing)</li>\n<li>Friendly atmosphere and an open work culture</li>\n<li>Access to coffee, tea, fruits, and snacks in the office</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interested?</span><br>Send us your CV and become part of an organization that connects people, languages, and technology.</p>",
