Let&rsquo;s Level Up!</span></b></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><em>Job Summary:</em>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>As a Breakfast Attendant you will prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards. &nbsp;&nbsp;Your goal is to provide Level5 Hospitality and service for each and every guest. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Duties/Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours</li><li>Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary</li><li>Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage</li><li>Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly</li><li>Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently</li><li>Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment</li><li>Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays</li><li>Fill beverage and ice dispensers</li><li>Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers</li><li>Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction</li><li>Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment</li><li>Performs other related duties as required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Required Skills/Abilities:&nbsp;</em>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Level5 High Touch service &nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility with shifts and scheduling</li><li>Must be available weekends and/or holidays</li><li>Must have transportation to and from work</li><li>Must have stellar attendance and punctuality &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><em>Education and Experience:</em>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification</li><li>Experience working in food service is preferred</li><li>Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality</li><li>Outstanding time management and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team member</li></ul><p><strong><em>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</em>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.</li><li>Must be able to access and navigate the facility.</li><li>Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.</li><li>Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
