          "text": "<p>Position Title          Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Environmental - NJ  #2523</p><p> </p><p>Relocation               Yes</p><p> </p><p>Location                  Parsippany NJ</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Growing Environmental Consulting firm looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist with 10+ years of Experience.</p><p> </p><p>Seeking a professional with project experience to ensure environmental permitting, periodic reporting, training, and other compliance obligations relevant to a specific site are met on a consistent and timely basis.  </p><p> </p><p>This is a leadership position with technical oversight of environmental support staff services and report deliverables.  The successful candidate will have strong communication skills for client and subcontractor interactions.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>Lead and perform regulatory compliance programs including</p><p>Air Quality and Vapor Intrusion</p><p>Community-Right-to-Know (CRTK)</p><p>Discharge Prevention, Containment and Countermeasures (DPCC)</p><p>Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)</p><p>Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)</p><p>Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC)</p><p>Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP)</p><p>Water Pollution Control Act (WPCA)</p><p>Oversee the technical staff in the performance of the following services, including:</p><p>Preparation and review of Health and Safety Plans</p><p>Lab data validation</p><p>Phase 1, Phase 2, and Remedial Investigations</p><p>Preparation of high quality reports and attachments.</p><p>Perform Quality Assurance reviews and approvals</p><p>Develop and present training materials on relevant environmental topics</p><p> </p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><p> </p><p>BS in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Environmental Science; M.S. preferred.</p><p>10+ years professional, hands-on experience</p><p>Thorough knowledge of USEPA, NJDEP, and NYSDEC environmental regulations</p><p>Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification</p><p>USEPA AHERA Inspector and AHERA Management Planner certification a plus</p><p>Desired Experience:</p><p> </p><p>Effective management of multiple projects and support staff</p><p>Scheduling, directing, and supervising field programs and subcontractors</p><p>Knowledge of NJDEP calibration of equipment</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Bottom line requirements we need notes on with candidate submittal:</p><p> </p><p>1.
