We are hiring full-time laborers who is hard working and reliable. Willing to travel for extended periods of time and work nights 9pm to 6am. Must be willing to learn and know your way around a tool box. Your traveling team will be working inside home improvement retail chains, building, dealing with heavy steel racking and pallet racking.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Becoming a Racking Team Member is a prerequisite to the Senior Lead position. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join the best team in the business and <strong>APPLY TODAY!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$18 - $19 per hour based on experience</li>\n <li><strong>Extensive Travel Required</strong></li>\n <li>Great TEAM</li>\n <li>Ongoing project work – long term work</li>\n <li>9PM - 6AM Monday – Friday (Weekends off)</li>\n <li><strong>DailyPay – work today, get paid tomorrow </strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Free Enrollment required</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Mileage and drive time reimbursement</li>\n <li>Meal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses covered</li>\n <li>Hotel accommodations provided by SPAR (double occupancy)</li>\n <li>Career advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Very physical construction work</strong></li>\n <li>Work overnights remodeling big box retail stores</li>\n <li>Remove and replace damaged steel racking including cantilever towers</li>\n <li>Move product from old to new pallet racking</li>\n <li>Building and assembling retail store shelving fixtures</li>\n <li>Update Signage, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion</li>\n <li>Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnights 9PM - 6AM</li>\n <li>Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating and placing products on shelf</li>\n <li>Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20 feet off the ground as needed</li>\n <li>Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Experience in using basic hand and power tools (must provide own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)</li>\n <li>Strong teamwork and communication skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge/ability to use basic tools necessary for the job</li>\n <li>Ability to work in Team environment</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license,  </li>\n <li>Personal cell is required and valid email address.</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li>\n <li>Appropriate work footwear is required to be worn on the jobsite</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores managing their new store set ups or full store remodels</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SPAR provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
