    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A very kind but busy family is in search of a full-time or part-time laundress/housekeeper for their large brownstone in Greenwich Village. The family has 2 children in college who are home for breaks. There are also 2 dogs, so you must be comfortable with animals. There is another full-time housekeeper you will be working alongside. The role can be Monday through Friday, 9am until 4pm, or for a fantastic laundress, a few days per week with an open schedule based on the candidate's availability. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ironing of linens and clothing</li>\n <li>Handling Couture, high-end clothing</li>\n <li>Daily housekeeping in conjunction with another housekeeper </li>\n <li>Working with high-end furniture and fixtures</li>\n <li><p>Perform all laundry duties for the household, including washing, drying, organizing, and maintaining garments and linens.</p></li>\n <li><p>Professionally fold and organize wardrobes and linens.</p></li>\n <li><p>Hand-wash delicate items when required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Steam, press, and provide expert fabric care.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a highly organized laundry operation within the home.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement and maintain systems</li>\n <li>Warm, positive, and even-keeled personality (able to take feedback well)</li>\n <li>Confident working independently without micromanagement</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of proven experience in a large primary residence or luxury hospitality</li>\n <li>Maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of service.</li>\n <li>Highly professional, discreet, and polished with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$50 per hour DOE (flexible for the right candidate)</li>\n <li>Health insurance stipend</li>\n <li>2 weeks PTO (structured between employer/employee scheduling)</li>\n <li>5 sick days</li>\n</ul>",
