    "description_html": "<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Responsible for providing exemplary guest service by performing general maintenance &amp; minor repairs of slot machines on the gaming floor.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>In absence of Slot Technician Supervisor, will report directly to Slot Supervisor while on shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance &amp; minor repair of slot machines and related equipment on the gaming floor.</li><li>Update machine maintenance records.</li><li>Assist with slot machine installs, moves, conversions, connecting and disconnecting of all associated slot equipment.</li><li>Provide assistance to Drop Team for drop related issues.</li><li>Perform bill tests and other tests on machines as necessary.</li><li>Repair Bill Validator and printers using test equipment in the tech shop.</li><li>Repair bill jams with assistance from Security with checking out cash box access keys.</li><li>Perform emergency cash canister exchanges with assistance from Security and Cage department.</li><li>Provide assistance to customers with machine malfunctions and disputes.</li><li>Provide assistance with jackpot payouts.</li><li>Must safeguard entrusted monies, keys, and properties.</li><li>Attend all Slot Department meetings and/or training sessions; pertinent training seminars and conferences as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain general appearance and safety of work area on the casino floor and in the Slot Tech Shop.</li><li>Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.&nbsp;</li><li>Inform Slot Manager and Slot Shift Supervisor of any pertinent information.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services.</li><li>Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all Chinook Winds Policies and Procedures and customer service standards.</li><li>Adheres to the confidentiality policy of Chinook Winds.&nbsp;</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
