          "text": "<p>36 hours/week (eligible for all benefits)<br />No weekends or on-call<br /><br />Sign-on bonus for less than 4 full years OT experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)<br />Sign-on bonus for PT with 5 years+ OT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)<br />Relocation assistance available (dollar amount negotiable)<br />Caseload 90-95% Adult-Geriatric; small percentage of Pediatrics<br />Most common Dx include Neurological (CVA, TBI, etc.) and Orthopedic<br />Will work  in varied locations:  Zanesville, New Concord, and Somerset<br />Monday-Friday (four 10-hour days MAY be possible)<br />1-2 days/week will be a 10:30a - 7p schedule<br />Will join team of 3 OTR&apos;s and 3 COTA&apos;s<br />Computerized documentation (Epic)<br />This OTR position requires flexibility, teamwork and efficient work skills.  All OP Clinics are fast paced and staff are scheduled for evaluations&amp; treatments with blocked times for documentation. OT staff work in multiple locations and are responsible for adjusting schedule to assist in other OP locations if vacancy/ openings in the schedule.<br />OTR can cross-train to the inpatient hospital setting as interested<br />Reports to OP Therapy Coordinator and OP Rehab Manager<br /><br /></p>",
