Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service? If so, J. C. Lewis Motor Co. is seeking a qualified Lube Technician to join our service team!</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong> As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and care of our customers&#39; vehicles. You will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks</li><li>Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to service advisors</li><li>Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines</li><li>Assist other technicians and service personnel as needed</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and training</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role is preferred</li><li>Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components</li><li>Ability to operate standard automotive service equipment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team player with good communication skills</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license</li><li>Good driving record for at least the last three years</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Age 19 or older</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Certification:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Relevant technical or vocational training is a plus</li><li>ASE or similar certification is a bonus</li></ul><h3 data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2239\" id=\"isPasted\"><strong data-start=\"2199\" data-end=\"2237\">Application &amp; Communication Policy</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2488\"><li data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2343\"><p data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2343\">Due to the high volume of applications, we <strong data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2340\">do not accept phone calls asking for status updates</strong>.</p></li><li data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2488\"><p data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2488\">All communications regarding your application, interview, and employment will be conducted via <strong data-start=\"2441\" data-end=\"2450\">email</strong>.
