Analyze credit & financial information for current and potential customers.</li>\n <li>Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer possible solutions and resolve delinquency.</li>\n <li>Achieve consistent results by meeting or exceeding expected individual and branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.</li>\n <li>Learn Federal, State, and Local Application Consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.</li>\n <li>Maintain a cash drawer, including processing payments and delivering daily deposits to specified financial institutions as required.</li>\n <li>May perform additional functions depending on market demand and branch staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time or without notice.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or sales position.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation required.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs with the ability to learn financial services programs.</li>\n <li>Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.</li>\n <li>Must obtain applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.</li>\n <li>Must perform work related tasks at the assigned branch location except in the event of an emergency as determined by the company in consultation, as necessary, with applicable regulatory agencies</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cash Handling, selling and/or collecting experience.</li>\n <li>Some college coursework.</li>\n <li>Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hours of Work:</strong></p>\n<p>Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00AM-5:00PMTuesday: 9:00AM-7:00PMFriday: 9:00AM-5:30PM </p>\n<p>Saturday hours required seasonally and as business needs require.</p>\n<p>To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs. Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; operate computer and phone systems; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee is required to be physically present in the office. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
