Flexibility to work additional hours, including holidays, may also be required based on the needs of the business.</li>\r\n\t<li>The reporting location for this position is Brentwood, NY.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Position Overview:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Pick up and deliver materials to and from various warehouses.</li>\r\n\t<li>Occasionally deliver materials to customer sites.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain driver logs and complete pre and post-trip inspections as per DOT.</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.</li>\r\n\t<li>Follow all company operational procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Accurately follow paperwork procedures and execute crash management duties.</li>\r\n\t<li>Protect the company&#39;s assets by maintaining organized, safe, and clean vehicles while always complying with the company&#39;s safety and security standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Utilization of flashers and warning devices in accordance with laws, regulations, accepted industry practices, and company policy.</li>\r\n\t<li>Adhere to all safety requirements particular to the equipment, including DOT safety regulations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Immediately report accidents, equipment malfunctions, and DMV or traffic violations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure cargo is secured properly and in compliance with safety requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Keep all company vehicles and equipment in good condition.</li>\r\n\t<li>Control, protect, and maintain truck&#39;s inventory and equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.</li>\r\n\t<li>Follow delivery/pickup instructions from dispatcher and manager.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in loading and unloading truck.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
