The position also manages the classification and accounting of tolling, rework, and claim costs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze cost variances and ensure data integrity. In addition, the role requires strong communication skills to coordinate schedules and resolve closing issues with external vendors, including claim reconciliation and root cause follow-up.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"1044\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 531px;\"><tbody><tr style=\"height: 478px;\"><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><ul><li>Ensured production goals were met by coordinating with outsourced packers</li><li>Capability to collect purchasing data (based on Pack &amp; LINK) from Outsourced packer and<br>&nbsp;perform IT system (ERP, SingleX, etc.) input and validation for monthly closing</li><li>Experience in accurate journal entry processing, preventing missed purchases, and performing accounting tasks<br>&nbsp;in line with cut-off standards</li><li>Experience in classifying and processing various production &ndash; related external costs such as tolling fees,&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;rework costs, and claim expenses in IT systems</li><li>Understanding of cost attribution based on root cause analysis and allocation by item or process</li><li>Ability to review cost accuracy by comparing Pack &amp; LINK delivery quantities and contracted unit prices</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally to analyze and adjust cost variances when discrepancies arise</li><li>Experience in coordinating month-end closing schedules with subcontractors and proactively addressing<br>&nbsp;omissions or data errors</li><li>Ability to identify root cause of claims and handle post-issue reconciliation and resolution in collaboration&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;with vendors</li><li>Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Leadership scheduling and support</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, or equivalent, relevant experience</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>1 to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the ESS industry</li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Skills:</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Strong written and oral communication skills</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Leadership and interpersonal skills</li><li>High attention to detail and understanding of multiple metrics</li><li>Analytical and problem solving skills</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Ability to work cross-functionally</li><li>Fluency in Korean is preferred</li><li>MS Office suite</li></ul></td></tr><tr style=\"height: 30px;\"><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><br></td></tr><tr style=\"height: 30px;\"><td style=\"width: 100%;\"><br></td></tr></tbody></table></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
