      "value": "<ul><li>+4–6 years of experience in PR or communication roles within Beauty, Dermocosmetics or similar industries.</li><li>Experience working with brands with a strong clinical or technical positioning is highly valued.</li><li>Strong track record building media relationships and securing top-tier coverage.</li><li>Experience coordinating agencies or multi-market PR strategies.</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience in media monitoring and reporting tools (Kantar, Launchmetrics, Meltwater or similar).</li><li>Fluent English required. French or Italian is a strong plus.</li><li>Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive and results-driven.</li><li>Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.</li><li>Passion for the beauty industry and deep understanding of media dynamics.</li></ul>"
