You will work closely with quad partners (Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk) to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with quad partners to understand business needs and translate them into analytics requirements and solutions.</li><li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including dashboards, predictive models, and reporting tools.</li><li>Communicate analytics findings and recommendations to quad partners and other stakeholders.</li><li>Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Design, and Risk teams to ensure alignment and impact.</li><li>Manage, mentor, and develop junior analytics team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and quality in all analytics deliverables.</li><li>Partner with Technology and Data teams to maintain secure and compliant data practices.</li><li>Stay current with analytics best practices, tools, and industry trends.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes and methodologies.</li></ul><div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\"><p><strong>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead role.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>Experience supporting product teams</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and develop analytics team members.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:36.75pt;\"><span>This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance</span></p></div>",
