    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <strong>Position Description:</strong>\n</div>\n<p>Nevada Gold Mines is looking for an Open Pit Electrician to join the Open Pit Maintenance team.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will maintain and repair electrical systems on P&amp;H 2800XPA/B and 4100 XPB/C electric shovels, 930E and 830E Komatsu Haul Trucks, 795F and 282 Liebherr haul trucks, HV Switchgear, HV cable repairs and miscellaneous electrical duties; perform other duties as assigned.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Responsibilities:</strong>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and repair electrical systems on P&amp;H 2800XPA/B and 4100 XPB/C electric shovels, 930E and 830E Komatsu Haul Trucks, 795F and 282 Liebherr haul trucks, HV Switchgear, and HV cable repairs</li>\n <li>Miscellaneous electrical duties</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:</strong>\n</div>\n<ul>\n <li>Two (2) years electrical experience in an open pit mining environment preferred</li>\n <li>Industrial electrical experience preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with programmable logic controls (PLC) SL504, motor controls circuits, high-voltage cable repairs preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems on P&amp;H 200XPA/B shovels, 685E, and 930E electric haul trucks preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to read electrical blueprints and utilize test equipment preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize basic hand tools required</li>\n <li>MSHA electrical cards preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management required</li>\n <li>Ability to perform the essential functions of the position required</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal&nbsp;and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Capability to multi-task, self-manage and self-motivate</li>\n <li>Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards</li>\n</ul>\n<table>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>#LI-TC1</td>\n  </tr>\n </tbody>\n</table>",
