OE Federal is seeking to hire an Branch Member Service Specialist!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Purpose </strong></p>\n<p>You will be responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining the credit union’s relationship with members by gaining an understanding of their financial needs, cross-selling products and services that address those needs and providing a high-quality service experience; while providing additional support to department staff with more complicated member requests. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<p>To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common, uncommon and complex occurrences of each of the following under general supervision from your manager: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude. </li>\n <li>Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union’s product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs. </li>\n <li>Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services. </li>\n <li>Administer branch-level cash management procedures. </li>\n <li>Travel, as needed, to other branch offices to provide coverage for co-worker absences. </li>\n <li>Open and close the branch office during branch management absences. </li>\n <li>Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally. </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions. </li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate Will Possess</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/ GED required <strong>AND</strong> a minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role required. </li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. </li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus </li>\n <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range: $21.61 - $24.35/hour</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation.  The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer.  The salary outlined is based on working in Sandy, Utah. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location.
