We take pride in being a great place to work and providing excellent pay with top benefits.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The hourly pay rate for this position is between $19.00-$21.00, depending on experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hiring immediately for full-time 2nd shift dispatcher position at Roto-Rooter’s Baltimore area Call Center. Bilingual skills preferred, but not required. This is an evening position that may include weekends.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as liaison between our field service technicians and customers.</li>\n <li>Distribute jobs to field service technicians.</li>\n <li>Manage the workload of service technicians in a multi-state region.</li>\n <li>Interact with customers to keep them informed of the arrival status of their assigned service technician.</li>\n <li>Relay necessary job details and other information to the service technician.</li>\n <li>Resolve any customer service concerns.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to multi-task</li>\n <li>Bilingual skills are a plus</li>\n <li>AS400 knowledge is preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs</li>\n <li>Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in our fast-paced work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>At Roto-Rooter, we believe our most significant investment is in our employees.
