With a robust presence across Canada and the United States, we continue to set the benchmark for quality and innovation in the industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Director of Finance, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Analyst</span> position is responsible for supporting and progressively leading the company’s financial reporting, month-end close, cash flow management, and financial analysis processes. This role will play a key part in transitioning accounting and reporting activities from an external accounting provider to an internal finance function.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Financial Analyst will prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, maintain reconciliations and reporting schedules, and support budgeting and KPI reporting.
