With a technical background and strong interpersonal skills, your initial role will be to provide first and second level support for our solutions. You will handle customer queries, diagnostics, analysis, and incident resolution within the contractual deadlines.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Subsequently, your project manager profile will lead you to support our customers in implementing our solutions, building a relationship of trust with them. You will ensure their satisfaction and help them optimize their online activity through our solutions. You will lead various training modules for our customers (on-site and remotely).
