Be part of our thriving team and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver best practice blast engineering solutions and support to mining and quarrying blasting operations and technical projects across all customers.</li>\n<li>Ensure professional technical services are always provided in the field, as demonstrated by feedback from Shotfirers and customers.</li>\n<li>Provide innovative engineering support to achieve all desired customer design objectives</li>\n<li>Provide written engineering support to tenders and proposals to win new work</li>\n<li>Achieve desired fragmentation and engineered vibration results when using electronic initiation system</li>\n<li>Develop and implement quality documents such as Mining and Quarry Management Plans, Blasting Methodologies, and Blasting Management Plans that could be sold as part of the service.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated competence in the use of survey techniques (face profiling, bore tracking, drill GPS integration)</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to undertake vibration and air overpressure monitoring, signature hole analysis and associated blast design and reporting.</li>\n<li>Manage, identify and report opportunities for blasting result improvement by monitoring, editing, and archiving all blasting videos submitted by shotfirers.</li>\n<li>Manage, prepare and present analytical data to customers demonstrating current cost parameters and identify opportunities for improvement.</li>\n<li>Manage the expansion of selected technical services skills by training and mentoring designated senior shot firers to be competent users of equipment in the field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The successful applicant will have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical consultancy experience in blast design, technical support and MHF Operations</li>\n<li>Possession of a tertiary education in a Mining related degree or equivalent</li>\n<li>Qualified Shot firer license</li>\n<li>5+ years experience in a similar role in the mining and/or quarrying industry</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain national police check clearance and possess a current Australian Open Class Manual Drivers License.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What’s on offer?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive remuneration package.</li>\n<li>Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.</li>\n<li>Immersion in a safety-centric culture where every team member's well-being is paramount.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">How to Apply:</span></p>\n<p>If you meet these qualifications and are enthusiastic about contributing your skills to a dynamic team, apply now and be a part of Impact Drill &amp; Blast's continued success!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia, agree to provide information for pre-employment checks.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>For further information please contact [email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We value our Impact family; celebrate and respect our differences, invest in our people and develop our future together</em></p>\n<p> </p>",
