    "description_html": "<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY: </strong>Responsible for performing major repair activities for MKC locations. This position will report to the Millwright Foreman. This position will inform the location manager at the location he is working of equipment needs. The location manager will bill each location or department for the work they complete.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ol><li>Current operational knowledge of grain elevator equipment.</li><li>Current operational knowledge of petroleum equipment.</li><li>Current operational knowledge of fertilizer and chemical application and storage equipment.</li><li>Current operational knowledge of the properties, uses, and equipment involved with electrical systems.</li><li>Ability to diagnose mechanical problems on equipment.</li><li>Ability to perform repairs on mechanical equipment.</li><li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.</li><li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical and diagram form.</li><li>Ability to operate a bobcat and a forklift.</li><li>Computer and data entry skills.</li><li>Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to taste or smell. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:</strong></p><p>Eye protection is required in restricted areas. Appropriate personal protective equipment (i.e. goggles, gloves, long sleeve shirt, and/or face mask) required when handling chemicals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>An associate’s degree from a two year college or technical school and 5 years experience in maintenance and electrical work or a high school degree or GED with at least 10 years of experience in maintenance and electrical work.</p><p><br></p>",
