    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a professional to lead the MEP Electrical Infrastructure function within our Real Estate and Construction vertical. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in electrical engineering, coupled with extensive experience in both design and execution of electrical infrastructure projects. </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead end-to-end MEP Electrical Infrastructure design and execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery across project sites. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Capable of designing Electrical lighting & power distribution network from power source to end use and ELV & ICT infrastructure for large infrastructure projects from concept to GFC. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform substation sizing, LT panel room design, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations required for electrical infrastructure projects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive project success. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage design development from concept through Tender and GFC stages, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct technical due diligence for large land parcels in collaboration with power supply companies and other stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Review and approve contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee site inspections, system commissioning, and ensure adherence to project specifications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate meetings with clients and vendors, ensuring alignment on design intent and execution strategy. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote sustainable MEP solutions and contribute to cost estimation and budgeting processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure integration of ELV systems including fiber networks, security systems, and backup power infrastructure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EC norms, MOEF guidelines, ECBC, NBC 2016, IS codes, and relevant international standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>10–12 years of proven experience in MEP Electrical Infrastructure design and site coordination within the Real Estate/Construction industry. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 6–8 years of experience with design consultants and 4–5 years in project execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of local power supply norms and MEP design standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in CAD is essential; familiarity with BIM 360, ETAP, and similar tools is an added advantage. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in technical due diligence, report preparation, and stakeholder coordination. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of sustainable design practices and cost estimation methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and collaborative team player. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Walter P Moore is an equal employment opportunity employer, and provides equal employment opportunities (including offering competitive compensation and benefit packages) to all employees and applicants for employment.
