Position Summary The Head of Commercial Operations is an Executive who provides strategic and operational leadership for the company’s theatrical portfolio, including multiple tours and resident theatrical productions. This role directly manages five senior leaders, multiple high-profile domestic and international partnerships as well as navigates significant cross-departmental collaborations. The Head of Commercial Operations works in close partnership with the Head of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management, to accomplish fiscally responsible, world-class entertainment while delivering strong financial results. As the company continues to grow, the ideal candidate brings a proven track record of driving revenue performance in complex, fast-paced environments, managing scalable budgets, and leading teams to maximize both top-line growth and profitability across a portfolio of Live Entertainment offerings. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for four General Managers and one senior-level Tour Operator with clear accountability for Commercial outcomes.
