    "description": "<p>Join our growing Field Operations Team as a Superintendent! As a Superintendent, you will direct all aspects of jobsite management, oversee construction progress according to project plans and specifications, and ensure work is performed according to safety and compliance standards. You can expect to collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, field staff, and office staff.  Depending on the project, you may serve as lead Superintendent and/or work under the direction of a General Superintendent.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct and supervise labor crew foreman, labor crew, and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Fulfill staffing requirements according to construction schedule.</li>\n<li>Ensure proper materials, tools, equipment, and labor are available for scheduled work.</li>\n<li>Consult with and direct subcontractors and self-performed work trades engaged in planning and executing work.</li>\n<li>Effectively coordinate various phases of work to ensure timely project deliverables.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with project managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and engineers to understand the scope of work and evaluate construction progress.  Lead project changes, as needed.</li>\n<li>Inspect work-in-progress to ensure conformation to specifications and adherence to schedules.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the dedicated project manager to forecast upcoming construction phase requirements.</li>\n<li>Champion job site safety.  Hold all site workers, including subcontractors, accountable to follow all proper safety policies, procedures, and requirements.  Report accidents, injuries, and safety violations in a thorough and timely manner.</li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan (SWPPP), controlled access, Hazardous Waste, and Safety.  Complete inspections and related reports.</li>\n<li>Chair weekly foreman’s meeting, document content regarding safety, toolbox talks, owner feedback, needed materials, compliance, scheduling, etc.</li>\n<li>Compose and maintain 3 to 4-week Gantt schedules, daily progress reports, and daily timesheets for site crew.</li>\n<li>Evaluate progress by labor productivity units and submit completed material and equipment reports.</li>\n<li>Conduct weekly job-site safety audits, reporting findings weekly.</li>\n<li>May generate RFIs as well as document and communicate resolutions.</li>\n<li>Discuss labor issues with union representatives.</li>\n<li>Collect, review, and submit completed new hire paperwork for trade employees.</li>\n<li>Receive and verify materials.</li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalent relevant construction jobsite experience. </li>\n<li>5+ years of in-field construction (commercial or industrial).</li>\n<li>2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 Certification within 90 days of employment start date required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. </li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. </li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.</li>\n<li>Ability to efficiently use technology (e.g., tablet) and the Internet.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Procore is highly desired.</li>\n<li>Effective, professional written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proactive, reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined.</li>\n<li>Works independently and exercises sound judgment when making decisions.<br></li>\n<li>Organized, ability to prioritize, meets or exceeds established deadlines.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand and navigate construction plans, documents, and specifications.</li>\n<li>Ability to simultaneously oversee multiple projects in multiple locations.</li>\n<li>Works well in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining composure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us</span></p>\n<p>We value<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety, Craftsmanship, Integrity, Transparency, Community, and Reliability</span><span> </span>in everything we do.
