    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">JOB SUMMARY</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The Welcome Specialist sets the tone for an excellent customer experience by greeting and directing the customer to get the appropriate resolution to build customer loyalty.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">include the following.
