Two-year degrees may be considered with good experience.</li><li>One or two years' experience with a four year degree, in a manufacturing environment. More experience is necessary with a two year degree.&#xa0;<strong>Must have experience in an EHS role with a manufacturing company.</strong></li><li>Military and other experience in workplace safety will be considered in lieu of a degree. Internships or co-op experience are great pluses.</li><li>Must have excellent skills with MS Office tools for the purpose of writing reports, communication by email, analyzing statistics, developing PowerPoint presentations.</li><li>Some knowledge about Behavior Based Safety programs.</li><li>Must be willing to work in a factory/manufacturing environment.</li></ul><p>Please do not apply if you will need visa sponsorship of any kind, either now or in the future.</p>",
