    "description_html": "<p><u><strong>Job Summary</strong></u></p><p>The Blow Mold Associate is responsible for removing finished products from the molds and trimming excess plastic from the parts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Operates blow mold machines.</li><li>Removes and clean excess material from product.</li><li>Inspects product for quality control.</li><li>Weighs parts every 15 minutes or as directed by supervisor.</li><li>Assists with material, color and product change procedures.</li><li>Prepares boxes to put finished product, labels and tapes boxes.</li><li>Identifies and reports quality or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor or department lead or manager.</li><li>Identifies and reports quality or safety issues to the supervisor or department manager.</li><li>Assist in training new blow mold associates.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>General Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborates with other members of the production team to ensure that deadlines are met, and products are delivered on time.</li><li>Consistently abides by established safety rules, procedures, and regulations including wearing required safety equipment such as safety shoes and glasses.</li><li>Maintains a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Identifies and reports quality or safety issues to supervisor or manager.</li><li>Works effectively with co-workers and supervisors, sharing knowledge, resources, and experience to achieve production goals in a timely fashion, while promoting respect, communication, and teamwork.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Attention to detail: The ability to accurately inspect and assemble parts to engineering specifications.</li><li>Time management skills: The ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks is important to ensure products are built and prepared for shipment on time.</li><li>Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are important to work effectively with other team members.</li><li>Organizational skills: The ability to keep track of stages of the assembly process, part numbers and inventory counts, and physical awareness of part locations and proper areas for staging assembled parts.</li><li>Basic math skills: Basic arithmetic skills are necessary for accurately counting parts and identifying part numbers.</li><li>Attention to safety: The ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines when using equipment is important to maintain a safe work environment.</li><li>Follow directions: The ability to follow established procedures while performing tasks, using tools, and handling materials.
