This role requires deep technical accounting expertise, comfort operating in a regulated crypto/fintech environment, and the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, compliance, and operations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Financial Reporting &amp; Consolidation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare timely monthly consolidated financial statements for up to 13 entities across multiple jurisdictions in accordance with IFRS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Provide monthly expense and cost analysis for management review and decision-making support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and submit financial statements and reports to regulators, financial institutions, and other stakeholders as required by applicable frameworks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Tax &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Own tax planning and compliance across all jurisdictions; ensure timely submission of tax returns and related filings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including VARA, CBB, OJK, and Labuan FSA requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain internal control policies to safeguard group assets.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Payroll &amp; Treasury</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Manage monthly payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions, accounting for local tax implications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Liaise with banking partners, fund administrators, and legal counsel to ensure operational, investor, and regulatory reporting obligations are met.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare, monitor, and control group budget and forecasting processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 5–7 years of progressive finance experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Strong command of IFRS reporting and multi-entity consolidation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;
