Description

SUMMARY The Financial Advisor plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial guidance and investment advice to our valued clients. This expertise helps clients make informed decisions about their financial goals, investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth management. The Financial Consultant works closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs, assess their risk tolerance, and develop tailored financial plans that align with their objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients to understand their current financial situations, future goals, and risk profiles. Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons. Collaborate with clients to develop holistic financial plans such as budgeting, investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient solutions. Regularly review and update clients' financial plans to adapt to changing circumstances, market conditions, and life events. Present and explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients, helping them make informed decisions. Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and financial products to provide accurate and timely advice. Maintain a strong understanding of banking products and services to deepen client relationships. Actively engage in business development activities to expand the client base and achieve sales targets. Develop relationships with banking colleagues. Educate bank partners on wealth management offerings and how to identify and refer prospective wealth management clients. Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Maintain a robust knowledge of the firm’s latest planning tools, techniques and strategies. Inform management of circumstances that require supervisory attention, review, or approval per compliance guidelines and policies.
