Assist the Parts department with the overflow of phone calls and emails involving customer service transactions. May include advising customers on pricing, quotes, parts availability, status updates on shipment of parts, and the promotion of additional sales.</li><li><strong>Teamwork</strong>. Maintain regular communication and follow up with the Parts, Rental, and Service departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction; collaborate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers; project a positive and helpful attitude.</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Organize work areas.&nbsp;</strong>Regular upkeep of facility maintenance priorities; organize materials and equipment; create efficient system for ASEC compliance to keep warehouse safe and clean; report any problems or needs as they occur.</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Manual labor.&nbsp;</strong>Assist with various assignments as directed; heavy lifting; equipment cleaning; operate equipment or tools on a regular basis; sweep, mop, shovel, or remove debris, etc.</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Monitor inventory</strong>. Pull parts for repairs or sale; physically receive and stock inventory into proper warehouse location; monitor inventory levels. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;<strong>Oversee shipping and receiving</strong>. Load and unload materials and products; verify the quantity of items received against invoices; complete paperwork and keep a detailed account of materials that enter and leave the warehouse; assist with rental check-in and check-out inspections.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent. Or any combination of education and experience that is necessary to perform essential duties.</li><li>Previous experience in a warehouse/shop role, automotive parts and sales.
