You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.</li>\r\n\t<li>Performing regular inspections of the construction site to ensure designs are followed, specifications and standards are adhered to, site is kept clean of all debris, garbage, or other hazards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage customer complaints through resolution, interfacing directly with customers as needed and enforcing SLA for contractor resolution of any customer complaints.</li>\r\n\t<li>Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment, adhere to safe excavation methods, and abide by any state specific 811/One Call utility requirements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Organizing work schedules.</li>\r\n\t<li>Checking work techniques are correct and safe per industry standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assisting Construction Managers with planning work activities.</li>\r\n\t<li>Completing site reports and other records daily to include production reports.</li>\r\n\t<li>Attending site management meetings daily.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We offer competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a supportive work environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.
