In this role, you&#39;ll be essential to our delivery operations, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and safe handling of merchandise.</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><p>We value your contributions and offer competitive compensation. The annual pay for this position is $33,800+ Commission without a CDL and $55,000+ with a CDL. If you don&rsquo;t currently have a CDL, we are willing to assist you in obtaining one. A clean driving record is required. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:</p><ul><li>Generous paid time off (PTO), with potential increases based on tenure</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including an HSA</li><li>401(k) program with a company match of up to 4 percent</li><li>Company-paid short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and basic life insurance</li><li>7 paid holidays throughout the year</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock safely and accessibly within the assigned loading dock area</li><li>Set aside and store unfit products for sale to be credited to customer accounts</li><li>Operate powered equipment, such as pallet jacks, and manual equipment</li><li>Clean and organize shelves or aisles daily to ensure a safe environment for consumers</li><li>Load and unload trucks and/or company vehicles by hand, hand truck, or dolly</li><li>Unload and verify all returning products with appropriate check-in personnel</li><li>Pad, stack, and secure items to prevent damage during shipment</li><li>Deliver and stack merchandise on customer premises</li><li>Assist Drivers in off-loading products to customers</li><li>Lift up to 90 lbs.
