Production Specialists work under direct supervision. They will apply basic and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment appropriate to are of specialization. Use of specialized subject matter knowledge required.\n<b>Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:</b>\n<ul>\n <li> Duties of this position may include:</li>\n <li> Include mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping and stocking of products</li>\n <li> Ensures quality control of all product before sending to sales floor</li>\n <li> Maintains sanitation in the department</li>\n <li> Maintains organization of back storage, freezer, walk-in and production area</li>\n <li> Reads and executes daily production list</li>\n <li> Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as weights, discounts, percentages and volumes</li>\n <li> Provides customer service as required such as answering questions, taking orders on the phone</li>\n <li> Assists in monitoring the quality of goods and monitors shrink</li>\n <li> Orders and receives products and supplies</li>\n <li> Maintains transfer records</li>\n <li> Preps, wraps, prices, sells, and stocks products continuously</li>\n <li> Demos, or prepares customer samples for self-serve</li>\n <li> Provides superlative customers service</li>\n <li> Uses suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales</li>\n</ul>\n<i>The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
