Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. Duties and Responsibilities Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through detailed evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and strength. Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent further injury. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive care approach. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and research to enhance treatment effectiveness. Provide guidance and supervision to physical therapy assistants and aides as required. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards in the delivery of care.
