TMH is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level II Trauma Center </li>\n <li>Primary Stroke Center </li>\n <li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care </li>\n <li>Pediatric Intensive Care </li>\n <li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. </p>\n<h2>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Environmental Services Attendant</strong>, also known as <strong>Housekeeper</strong> is responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cleaning and maintaining a safe environment for TMH's patients, families, employees and community. </li>\n <li>Accountable for customer satisfaction by providing a safe, sanitary, neat, and orderly environment. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping quality in patient rooms, ancillary areas, offices, departments, public areas, and other facility rooms via daily performance of the 10/Step Cleaning Process. </li>\n <li>Expected to exhibit workplace behaviors that are aligned with TMH's Mission Statement and Values.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Work Hours/Shift </u></strong></p>\n<p>All Shifts Available:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.</li>\n <li>11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.</li>\n <li>3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.</li>\n <li>6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>A 10% shift differential will be paid  to employees working after 3:00 p.m. Employees must work at least 3 hours into the shift to receive differential pay.yee</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Reports:</strong></p>\n<p>Director, Environmental Services</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervises:    </strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<u></u>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2> \n<strong><u>Required Education:</u></strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Behavioral Criteria: Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Experience: </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>No previous experience required</li>\n <li>Preferred: 3 years prior Health Care or Hospitality Industry experience.</li>\n <li>Behavioral Criteria: Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Although no previous hospital, health care housekeeping experience is necessary, the Environmental Services Worker will be expected to complete the department’s training that will provide the tools to meet the minimum requirements of the job by the completion of the probationary period.
