This role is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating low to moderate acuity medical conditions while delivering exceptional patient experience in a fully remote environment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate combines strong clinical acumen with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage care efficiently in a technology-enabled model.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Must be able to work weekends!</strong></u></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide real-time medical consultations to patients via video, phone, or chat platforms.</li><li>Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions remotely.</li><li>Prescribe medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.</li><li>Educate patients on self-care, preventive measures, and treatment plans.</li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.</li><li>Contribute to maintain clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong>: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Board certification in family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, or related field.</li><li>Valid medical license (MD, DO) in the relevant state(s).</li><li>Multi State licensure required (Compact State participation preferred) - <strong>30+ state licenses highly desired</strong></li><li>Minimum 5 years of post-residency experience (Urgent Care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, or primary care)</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior telehealth experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with telemedicine technology and electronic health records.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, especially on weekends.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Clinical decision-making</li><li>Patient education</li><li>Technology literacy</li><li>Time management and efficiency</li><li>Compassion and empathy</li><li>Patient satisfaction</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>First Stop Health is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
