It's also reshaping how we run ourselves internally — and that's where this role comes in.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span><br></p>\n<p>We're looking to add a Student Associate to our Copenhagen team as soon as possible. You'll work directly with our COO as a thinking partner and operational right hand across Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and strategic projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Some of the work is recurring — reporting, follow-through, keeping the operating cadence sharp. Some is project-based and strategic — optimisation, automation, AI-driven improvements to how the company runs. Priorities shift. The work is agile by necessity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll get exposure to leadership discussions, board-level reporting, and real decision-making — and you'll own at least one strategic project end-to-end. No two weeks look the same.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support forecasting, SaaS metrics, budgeting, and board/management reporting.</li>\n<li>Drive optimisation and automation projects, often with AI at the centre.</li>\n<li>Build dashboards, analyses, and business insights that get used.</li>\n<li>Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, content coordination, and performance tracking.</li>\n<li>Structure and improve internal workflows across functions.</li>\n<li>Prepare presentations and decision materials for leadership.</li>\n<li>Own smaller operational initiatives independently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span><br></p>\n<p>You're analytic, structured, and get to the point. You can hold your own in a conversation with senior leaders, and you treat AI as a tool to use, not a topic to talk about. You want exposure to how a company is run — not just one function.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You're probably studying Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Strategy, or something adjacent — but the discipline matters less than how you think.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You likely have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.</li>\n<li>The analytical sharpness to turn messy inputs into clear conclusions.</li>\n<li>Comfort working independently and asking good questions when you're stuck.</li>\n<li>Fluent English communication, written and spoken.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You don't need to know SaaS metrics, marketing ops, or FinCrime on day one. You do need to learn quickly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Practical</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part-time student position, 15–20 hours per week.</li>\n<li>Copenhagen-based, hybrid, flexible around your studies.</li>\n<li>Start date is flexible, but as soon as possible.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're hiring quickly and move fast with the right candidates.
