The Senior Manager is responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing a new team and foundational capabilities within the company. This role will lead organizational change by setting the vision, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and workflows. This role&rsquo;s leadership will be instrumental in developing a high-performing team and embedding best-in-class practices that will enable the organization to scale and adapt in a dynamic business environment. The Senior Manager leads a team of 3&ndash;5 direct reports (Demand Planners and Allocation &amp; Replenishment Analysts) and drives measurable outcomes through demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and open-to-buy control. This role partners across Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, and Retail Operations, and is accountable for decisions that influence up to $100M in annual inventory spend.</p><p><strong><em><u>Key Responsibilities</u></em></strong><br><strong><em>Leadership &amp; Team Development</em></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Manage and mentor a team of Demand Planners and Allocation &amp; Replenishment Analysts.</li><li>Build team capabilities in forecasting, inventory management, and reporting</li><li>Foster collaboration across D2C &amp; wholesale functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li></ul><p><strong><em>eCommerce</em></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Act as a key contributor in assortment planning, providing demand, inventory, and promotional insights that influence seasonal and campaign strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to streamline promotions and product launches.</li><li>Align demand planning with digital marketing calendars and sales initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Physical Retail (DBAT, Brand Stores, Mobile Hit Labs &amp; Pop-Ups)</em></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Contribute to assortment planning by providing store-level demand, grading, and inventory insights to guide buying and merchandising strategies.</li><li>Develop demand forecasts and inventory strategies for all retail locations.</li><li>Drive allocation decisions and replenishment execution across stores to maximize sales and productivity.</li><li>Support open-to-buy and markdown planning by collaborating with Merchandising and Finance.</li><li>Lead weekly reporting on sales, inventory, and replenishment performance, translating results into clear, actionable insights for partners.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Business Process &amp; Strategy</em></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Architect, implement, and continuously improve the end-to-end planning, allocation, and replenishment operating model for D2C, including new processes, governance, and cross-functional ways of working.</li><li>Lead enterprise-level integration with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, IT, and Retail Operations to align plans, targets, reporting, and decision-making cadence.</li><li>Convert business strategy into forecasts, inventory plans, and performance insights; assess sales trends, promotions, and inventory to boost profit and service.</li><li>Own the planning solution architecture in Anaplan (and connected tools), driving build requirements, testing, adoption, and enhancements; lead organizational change to implement new business processes and ensure sustained adherence.</li></ul><p><em><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></em></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field (Masters preferred)</li><li>7+ years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment.</li><li>5+ years of people management experience leading planning or allocation teams</li><li>Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, JDA, SAP, or similar).</li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage open-to-buy, assortment planning, and markdown strategies.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Success in This Role Will Look Like</em></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Consistent achievement of sales, margin, and inventory productivity goals across channels.</li><li>Accurate demand forecasts and proactive inventory strategies that minimize stockouts and excess</li><li>Smooth, on-time product launches and promotional events across .com and physical retail.</li><li>Clear, insightful reporting that drives decision-making at weekly, monthly, and seasonal levels.</li><li>A motivated, high-performing planning, allocation and replenishment team.</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing job duties.
