In this role, you’ll shape secure, seamless, and compliant account experiences used by millions of users across Indonesia—covering everything from onboarding and verification to account management and lifecycle optimization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, business, and compliance teams to ensure our account systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with regulatory requirements, while still delivering great user experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery, definition, development, release, to continuous monitoring.</li>\n<li>Analyze user behavior, pain points, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation.</li>\n<li>Mentor and guide junior product managers, foster collaboration across design, engineering, and business teams.</li>\n<li>Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and scalable experiences.</li>\n<li>Work closely with business, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and regulatory accuracy.</li>\n<li>Monitor product performance using data and user feedback; define priorities based on insights.</li>\n<li>Support go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and customer service.</li>\n<li>Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on fintech, identity, security, and account management best practices in the market.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Need:</span></em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields (internship experience counts!).</li>\n<li>Experience in Digital Fintech will be preferred.</li>\n<li>Must be based in Jakarta (office presence required).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical thinking – comfortable with data, user research, and A/B testing basics.</li>\n<li>Clear and effective leadership skills – ability to lead a functional team of engineers, designers, and associate product manager.</li>\n<li>Able to manage stakeholders effectively - strong presentation skills and perception towards senior leadership needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">🎯<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> <span>Ready to Apply?</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span>If you're passionate about innovation and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
