Strategies are typically packaged as investable indices.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Entrepreneurial and commercial: can independently originate client conversations, identify needs, and pitch tailored solutions</li>\n <li>Technically strong: understands derivatives structuring, QIS product construction, risk premia, volatility strategies, and can speak credibly with quants and traders</li>\n <li>Cross-asset: comfortable across equity vol, macro, commodities; not siloed into one product</li>\n <li>Strong communicator: can present to CIOs, portfolio managers, and investment committees; can translate complex strategies into clear value propositions</li>\n</ul>\n<p>VP or Director level, typically 5-10+ years of experience in QIS structuring, derivatives sales/solutions, or systematic strategy roles&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n <p><strong>Salary Range</strong>&nbsp;<br>\n   The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000.
