(LMFTA, LMHCA, <span>LSWAIC, </span>etc)**</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Twin Lakes Counseling is an insurance-based group psychotherapy practice in Federal Way, Washington. </span>We are dedicated to making transformative mental health counseling and family therapy accessible to our community. We are looking for full-time fully or provisionally licensed clinicians in Washington State. Supervision is provided to meet state licensure requirements!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements include being licensed or license-eligible in the State of Washington and willing to be available to see clients at least 25 hours per week, including some evenings and/or weekends (weekends not required for fully licensed clinicians), and notes must be completed within 48 hours of services. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and able to enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded team of therapists. Evening and weekend availability to see clients is required, and incoming clinicians must be able to offer in-person sessions at our beautiful Federal Way office at least one day per week. Minority and bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Twin Lakes Counseling's clinicians are paid as W-2 employees, and full administrative, credentialing, supervision, and billing support is provided. Pay starts at $60 per session for fully licensed clinicians and $48 per session for associate / provisionally licensed clinicians and includes a licensure &amp; training allowance, paid sick and vacation time, retirement matching, tax-free student loan reimbursement, and health insurance benefits.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We provide:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>All marketing to ensure a steady stream of referrals (most clinicians are full within 6 weeks)</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li>\n<li>In-house medical billing staff to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims</li>\n<li>A warm, friendly receptionist who answers calls and schedules intake appointments</li>\n<li>Access to our in-house psychiatric nurse practitioner (ARNP) for referrals and consultation</li>\n<li>Supervision towards licensure provided in house, if not already licensed<br></li>\n<li>Weekly group case consultation</li>\n<li>Generous time off policy: 2 weeks sick time, 3 weeks off for vacation, your choice of 3-5 holidays per year</li>\n<li>Paid sick time at a rate of 1:23 hours worked (approx 2 weeks per year)</li>\n<li>Paid vacation time at a rate of 1:23 hours worked (approx 2 weeks per year)</li>\n<li>Retirement account with 3% company matching program</li>\n<li>Annual training and licensure fee allowance</li>\n<li>An Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) through which we help you pay off your student loans tax-free</li>\n<li>Excellent group health insurance benefits with premium fully paid for full-time employees</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment</li>\n<li>Comfortable office space</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters or Doctorate in a mental health discipline</li>\n<li>Current State of Washington licensure as...\n<ul>\n<li>A fully licensed PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, OR</li>\n<li>An associate license as an LMFTA, LMHCA, or <span>LSWAIC</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Strong commitment to social justice and providing access to services for clients with various insurances</li>\n<li>Ability to hold a diverse caseload and to work with individuals, couples, and families, with appropriate supervision as needed</li>\n<li>Ability to see clients at least one day a week in-person and on-site from our beautiful Federal Way office.</li>\n<li>Availability to see clients at least 15 hours per week and to provide at least 10 hours of weekend / evening availability (weekends not required for fully licensed clinicians)<br></li>\n<li>Strong aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Preferred qualifications:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time availability to see clients (min. 25 hours per week)</li>\n<li>Experience serving diverse and marginalized populations</li>\n<li>Registered with CAQH (paneling with some insurance companies is a plus)<br></li>\n<li>Prior private practice experience is a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to offer bilingual therapy services is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please Note: </span></em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To enhance equitable hiring practices, all qualified candidates will be sent a series of assessments by our partner, CriteriaSelect, to determine initial fit and aptitude for the position. </span><br><br>These assessments are important to our process and may take between 30 - 40 minutes.
