There are many opportunities for advancement with training provided for the right candidate.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Position Type:</strong></u><strong> </strong>Full-time and part-time positions available</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Duties Include</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Greeting, serving customers and handling cash</li><li>Preparing handcrafted smoothies, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, entrées, salads, soups, and more</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized café</li><li>Ability to stay cool and calm in a fast-paced work environment</li></ul><p><u><strong>As a Shift Leader, duties also includes</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily administrative requirements such as cash handling</li><li>Adhere to established operational and service standards with commitment and passion to helping fellow staff do the same</li><li>Develop staff by giving timely, honest, and on-going feedback</li><li>Be confident in leading, directing and guiding others</li><li>Ability to stay cool and calm in a fast-paced work environment</li></ul><p>A successful candidate must have a neat appearance, be organized and punctual. “Can do” attitudes and friendly smiles are a must!
