      "content": "\n<li>Electrical engineering from conceptual design through construction administration and post-occupancy</li>\n<li>Coordinating with multiple disciplines and acting as electrical engineer to ensure that projects&nbsp;are delivered within budget and on schedule</li>\n<li>Keeps management advised of all quality, schedule, and budget variances in a timely manner&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Prepare contract amendments, change order documentation, and claim documentation</li>\n<li>Review and approve shop drawings and attend client meetings during the construction administration phase</li>\n<li>Writing reports for internal and external purposes based on findings</li>\n<li>Ensures discipline plans that are created meet overall project team requirements for project scope and schedule</li>\n<li>Prepares project documents and reports and adheres to the project quality plan&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Stays current on codes and technologies appropriate to the electrical and fire alarm disciplines</li>\n<li>Researches, develops, designs, specifies and witnesses the testing of electrical systems, equipment, components and materials, applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering</li>\n<li>Organizes and conducts site visits for the purpose of data collection and evaluation of electrical systems, equipment, components and materials for projects with and without well-defined scopes</li>\n<li>Develops designs within a BIM design environment</li>\n<li>Develops, designs and specifies site electrical power, and equipment, components and materials</li>\n<li>Develops, designs and specifies equipment, components and materials for all building electrical systems</li>\n<li>Completes assigned engineering and design tasks in accordance with client specified criteria and applicable codes and standards</li>\n<li>Reporting safety, health, and quality issues to management</li>\n<li>Support junior team members</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>Four-year technical degree from an ABET accredited institution&nbsp;</li>\n<li>6-8 years of relevant electrical design experience&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Engineer In training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred</li>\n<li>Certifications in LEED, lighting design, or similar certification preferred</li>\n<li>Familiar with discipline specific design software and design management systems</li>\n<li>Revit proficiency&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel as well as AutoCAD or MicroStation</li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable codes and standards</li>\n<li>Knowledge of standard format specification development</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
